Order preparation (handmade production)

All cake toppers are handmade and prepared individually with great care and attention to detail.

• ⏱️ The preparation time may take up to 12 working hours

• Whenever possible, orders are prepared and shipped sooner

Please note that during busy periods (holidays, festive seasons, Christmas, etc.), preparation time may be slightly longer.

Secure packaging

Each order is carefully packed by hand to ensure the product is well protected during transport.

Depending on the model:

• Some toppers are shipped with sticks separated to prevent damage

• Sticks, double-sided adhesive and simple assembly instructions are included

• In some cases, the main topper is already attached to a stick, ready to use

Shipping carriers used

The shipping carrier is selected based on the destination country, weight and type of shipment:

• DPD Home or Pickup Shop – Belgium and nearby countries

• bpost International – international shipments up to 1 kg

• Mondial Relay – mainly for France and the Netherlands

• Other carriers may be used when necessary to ensure the best delivery option

Estimated delivery times (after shipping)

The delivery times below are average estimates and may vary:

• Belgium: 1–2 working days

• Netherlands & France: 3–5 working days

• Other European Union countries: 3–7 working days

• United Kingdom: 4-8 working days (customs control may apply)

• Outside the EU: 10–15 working days or longer

Order tracking

• Not all shipments include tracking

• When tracking is available, the tracking link will be sent by email after dispatch

• For shipments without tracking, it is not possible to follow the delivery route

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:

• destination country

• order weight

• selected shipping carrier

The final shipping cost is always shown before payment confirmation.

Important information about delays

Once the order has been shipped, delivery time depends entirely on the shipping carrier.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, strikes, public holidays or other circumstances beyond my control.
However, I am always available to help whenever possible.

Orders for a specific date

If your order is needed for a specific date (birthday, party or event), please contact me before placing your order to confirm preparation and shipping times.

Digital option

Some products are available in digital format, which is ideal for urgent situations (when applicable).
